As I grew out of believing that babies come from storks, my fascination with childbirth intensified, and I realized the incredible capability that women have to grow and nourish another life. I believe that everyone has the right to a safe, unapologetically empowering, and spiritually uplifting birth experience. As your labor doula, I am here to help you with that support and beyond as I am able to!

While acting as your doula, I will:

• Meet you for two prenatal visits
• Be on-call two weeks before and after your due date
• Provide support over the phone at any time for any concerns or questions (as well as providing you with a great list of resources for whatever you might need!)
• Provide emotional and informational support before, during, and after your labor and birth experience for you/your partner
• Be available for 1-2 postpartum visits

Being your doula and seeing you transcend would be my absolute pleasure. I am beyond thrilled for you as you go through this magical journey! I can’t wait to hear from you!
