I provide compassionate, personalized care for the whole family following the birth or adoption of a baby. I offer emotional, physical, and informational support that helps new parents feel comfortable, peaceful, and confident. My assistance with baby care and household chores give the new family time to recover and enjoy each other, while reducing the stresses of the outside world.

I was trained and certified as a Postpartum Doula by Birthingway College of Midwifery. I am experienced in working with families with twins, women who are having difficulties breastfeeding, and families experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety. I practice active listening and nonviolent communication. I am a volunteer and board member for Baby Blues Connection. I live in Southeast Portland with my husband Sam and my seven-year-old son Nico.
