My name is Michelle Paul. Working as a doula with expectant parents through pregnancy, birth and postpartum is my passion. I believe that it is crucial for birthing parents wishes to be respected and supported in order for them to feel empowered in their labor and delivery, as well as postpartum. My purpose is to provide individualized, nurturing care and emotional encouragement along with evidence based information to help you make informed decisions about your care and that of your baby. I look forward to building a trusting relationship with my clients during our prenatal meetings and then being a calming and consistent presence during labor and delivery.

When not attending births, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three grown and growing children. An ideal day is spent checking out the Vancouver farmers market, going for a hike in the gorge and grabbing a bite at one of our favorite pizza joints or brew pubs.
