Aerlyn Pfeil is a certified professional midwife and sexual violence program consultant from Portland, Oregon. After graduating from Birthingway College she joined Doctors Without Borders and has worked in maternal health programs in South Sudan, Haiti, Senegal, the Somalia, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea. Aerlyn is on the the Board of Directors for Doctors Without Borders, has a BA in Sociology from Whitman College, and a degree in Global Health from the University of Manchester.
