About the Class: During a six week series of classes we will explore your body’s natural ability to give birth. Topics include: Coping techniques, overcoming fears, nutrition, breastfeeding adn life after baby.  Mamas are welcome to bring a partner of their choice or feel comfortable coming alone.

About the Instructor: Born and raised in Portland, I like to read, knit, camp and watch movies. I have a daughter who was born in April 2006. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am a member and peer councelor for Nursing Mothers Council of Oregon and I am also a Labor Doula.
