Financial Policies

All fees are paid directly to Birthingway College of Midwifery.

A student may cancel enrollment prior to beginning classes by giving written notice to the college. Should a student decide to cancel enrollment within three business days of signing the Enrollment Agreement, the enrollment fee is refundable in full. After the three-day cancellation period, should a student cancel her enrollment, the enrollment fee will not be refunded. ONCE A STUDENT IS ENROLLED AND IT IS PAST THE CANCELLATION PERIOD, THE ENROLLMENT FEE IS DUE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tuition and fees are due in full at the time of registration, but no later than 28 days prior to the first day of the term. Outstanding balances are subject to late fees and finance charges. Failure to keep payments current will result in expulsion from the school. For registered students, a portion of tuition is refundable through the approximate mid-point of each term. The refund amounts are different each term. The refund policy appears in full on all registration information.
